THE OPPORTUNITY

To join the ‘perm’ recruitment team as a trainee.

Operating from the office during the training period, progressing to remote working after completing your training (you can be office based, and there is a national network).

Development opportunities with the team to senior level.

Learn how to deal with perm requirements across the branch network and develop relationships with client accounts to deal with perm recruitment. (education sector).

Undergo professional training with experienced professionals.

Realistic and achievable targets for high earning potentials and progression.
