THE OPPORTUNITY
Pure management role.
Managing a team of up to 6 delivery executives.
Your role consists of ensure your team maintain good candidate engagement with both existing and new attraction.
Training and developing people to ensure those in your team can progress along either the delivery route or transition into the sales training and move into a full sales role.
You can also progress into senior delivery manager, group delivery manager and AD.

Basic salary - Up to £36,000

ABOUT YOU
3 years+ recruitment experience (external or internal), leading a team of at least 2x people under you (resourcers, or sales consultants).
Attitude is key, motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about progression.
