THE OPPORTUNITY
To lead of team of 5 direct reports across one of the UK’s biggest brands for internal recruitment support.
Truly account manager and have end to end autonomy of the recruitment and hiring process.
Work across high rewarding and good quality hires into iconic and recognised client account.
Have the flexibility to work part office and part home based.
Account manage your client, act as the internal recruiter for this client business.
Manage the team’s requirements and have a handle of fulfilment of projects.
Lease with your team lead counter part to ensure the client is serviced.

THE BENEFITS
£27,500 – basic salary (up to) (DOE) - £45k OTE
Commission + Overrider + Yearly Bonus + Benefits

ABOUT YOU
Finance or IT recruitment experience essential.
PERM or CONTRACT recruitment agency experience is required/essential.
Some previous mentoring for a senior looking to step up, or team lead experience is required.
Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
A desire to grow within a business.
Ideal role to take your recruitment career into the right direction with the right company.
