THE OPPORTUNITY
To represent this business as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting a variety of Technology roles.
Partner with the team to take advantage of experience, training, support, working selected client opening.
Liaise closely with the hiring/line managers on open vacancies.
Report into the CTO and HR-VP – so strong stakeholder management skills and the gravitas to converse at this level would be essential.
Maintain agency usage working towards to reduction from a 95% agency spend to a 80% direct hire model.
Deal with highly skilled candidates with a targeted approach.
THE BENEFITS
£40k (DOE)
£6k annual bonus (paid monthly) achievable.
Work from home (fully remote).
ABOUT YOU
Strong agency, internal or RPO Recruitment Consultant experience is required/essential.
Strong experience recruitment within technology is essential.
Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
