The Role
To take the lead in an exciting new venture to build and grow a Talent Acquisition Strategy for future hires
To maintain a consistent influx of new hires who all align with the business ideals
Work alongside a talented marketing team to enhance the Employee Value Proposition
To create a learning and development programme for employees of all levels
To oversee the onboarding and new-hire process for entry-level employees
Become a key player in the employee wellbeing programme
Stay up to date with the market and ensure the business remains the most attractive and prosperous opportunity available
The Benefits
£35,000 to £45,000 (DOE)

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working as a team
Rec2Rec or Talent Acquisition experience is essential
Someone who is keen to make an impact within the business and attract future hires
Demonstrate flexibility and ingenuity with their approach to recruitment processes
Show a strong understanding of previous learning and development within business
