The Company 

This company is an award-winning, high performing recruitment agency based in Birmingham. The business functions within the Facilities and Property market, but they are keen to continue their next stage of growth with a Head of Talent Acquisition from a Rec2Rec background. They hold a people-centric approach to business and are passionate about creating a happy and supportive working environment.  

The Role 

  • To take the lead in an exciting new venture to build and grow a Talent Acquisition Strategy for future hires 

  • To maintain a consistent influx of new hires who all align with the business ideals 

  • Work alongside a talented marketing team to enhance the Employee Value Proposition 

  • To create a learning and development programme for employees of all levels  

  • To oversee the onboarding and new-hire process for entry-level employees  

  • Become a key player in the employee wellbeing programme 

  • Stay up to date with the market and ensure the business remains the most attractive and prosperous opportunity available  

The Benefits

  • £35,000 to £45,000 (DOE)

The Candidate

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for working as a team 

  • Rec2Rec or Talent Acquisition experience is essential  

  • Someone who is keen to make an impact within the business and attract future hires 

  • Demonstrate flexibility and ingenuity with their approach to recruitment processes 

  • Show a strong understanding of previous learning and development within business
