THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the business as a Recruitment Consultant OR Senior Recruitment Consultant.

You would be jumping into the business on either Finance or IT or Engineering teams – this solely depends on your experience and expertise.

Using your knowledge, you would be going out to source and service new client requirements in order to build your own desk.

Working in an environment where you will have full access to the senior leadership team to support and guide you should you require it.

The business is all about progression – with clear and concise opportunities to move up the ladder from day 1.

THE BENEFITS

Up to £35,000 basic salary (DOE)

+ Commission structure (Up to 40%)

25 days holidays + BHs.

ABOUT YOU

Recruitment agency experience is essential – Experience in either Engineering OR IT OR Finance (1+ year minimum)

Must have proven figures around revenue generated and success within the previous role.

Must have clear and concise communication skills, a TRUE motivation and drive to want to succeed and be a team player.

Attitude and personality is KEY – Self motivated, good time management, a ‘get up and go’ attitude.
