Operating across driving, Industrial, Engineering and IT – the divisions cross sell well into each other.
The business year on year reinvests the profits allowing them to continue with the strategy and growth plans.
2021 to grow by 15 heads and even adding 5 new members so far in 2020.
Visions to grow to 80+ headcount given team members the opportunities for senior level roles within the company.
The team have a great culture, socialise together, play football together on a Thursday and do charity fund raising together (like tuff mudders, etc (company funded)).

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the driving team (desk/plan), currently a team of 4 running at £15,000 - £18,000 per/week GP.
Around 150 drivers out per/day.
Building to a team of 5, you are looking at being on call only 1 in 5, and commission on a very stable and large desk as you move in on day one.
HOT HOT HOT desk – to be serviced and grown.
THE BENEFITS
£25,000 - £40,000 – basic salary (open to the individual)
Commission (currently @ a minimum of £27,000 per/annum)
A range of benefits and bonuses, (financial, travel, trips, dinners, events, etc)
Pension contribution plan @ 7.5%.

1 year+ DRIVING recruitment experience is required/essential.
Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
