Senior Recruitment Consultant - Trades & Labour

I'm looking to fill 5 senior positions this year so get in touch if you want to take your earnings to the next level!

Home based to start but will be moving into an office near Kings Cross once things are normal again!

You must have 2 years Trades & Labour experience

The Role

• Operating a 360 recruitment desk

• Business development including sales calls, client meetings and site visits

• Resourcing candidates

• Matching candidates to specific job roles

• Hit targets

• Commission - 50% for any business you can bring and a flat 20% for any new business you generate

The Candidate

• Construction recruitment experience

• Business development is essential

• Ability to build relationships with clients and maintain these

• Ability to match candidates to job specifications

• Exceptional communication skills

• Full UK driving license is essential
