Billing Sales Manager = Life Sciences, Renewables & Data
Location = Berkhamsted (Hybrid)
Salary = Up to £60k (depending on experience) – well over £100k+ OTE

THE OPPORTUNITY
This sales manager opportunity has come about due to business growth.
A future business leader route, starting with team management.
You can come from any white-collar background and would be fully trained in the industry.
Your role would be 360 as well as people management.
With a vision for your team to be 6 strong over the next 24-months.
You would earn from your own personal revenue and a team override.
This would be a European desk within Life Sciences (Engineering) field.
There is business to go after from day 1.
You desk would grow inline with historical company data and success to around £25k per/m within year 1, sitting around 10x contractors.
Your team will also grow at similar rates via the onboarding, continued training, development and recruitment process provided to you.

ABOUT YOU
Experience in full 360 recruitment is essential. A white collar industry (not blue collar temps). Contract or PERM, but White Collar.
Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow – develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
