​Recruitment Consultant = Legal

Location = South Cerney

Salary = £30k - £40k (depending on experience)

With dedicated research consultants you would have a consistent flow of high quality and motivated candidates allowing you to focus time on guiding and managing professionals. Less time sourcing, more time placing!

Havin candidate ownership there is no internal competition over clients and no need to give away portion of fees.

Having a dedicated support team assisting you to manage your diary, arrange interviews and assist with admin tasks.

Existing client relationships and a proven search and selection model this role becomes more 90-degree, giving you time and focus on making deals and money.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Inherit the legal desk.

There are 2x dedicated head-hunters that support you in supplying motivated and engaged candidates at volume.

Your role is to 2nd qualify these candidates and deal with the process in submission, interviews, offers and onboarding to your clients.

There is a wide span of existing clients (solicitor firms) across the UK. Mainly focused on regional firms, you will have a strong base of both candidates and clients to work with and expand on.

ABOUT YOU

Experience in legal recruitment is essential.

Must have experience motivating candidates and clients.

Must be happy to be in office 5-days per/week in South Cerney.

Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow - develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
