​Recruitment Consultant = Pharma (commercial roles) - (360 Remote)

Salary = Up to £45k

THE AGENCY

An independent agency specialising in the pharmaceutical industry.

With an established presence across the UK, Europe and USA. Connecting exceptional talent with some of the worlds leading pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics companies.

With a team of experienced and knowledgeable consultants with a shared mindset of success.

Having a variety of well-established and grown client accounts supplying (mainly Perm staff) into commercial positions such as, business operations, business development, procurement, supply chain and logistics.
Currently focused on business operations and support roles - international clients and placements securing high invoice values (av £15-16k per/placement).

THE OPPORTUNITY

Can be fully remote (with HQ in Berkhamsted, Herts – you are more than welcome to come to the office if preferred).

Performing a full 360 role within pharma sector.

You can have experience delivering client wins, placements and desk growth in any vertical within pharma.

This is an opportunity to have the freedom and flexibility to work remotely (or in the office), leveraging your experience in Pharma within an established brand that hold a high reputation within the industry.

There is a wide spanning client base across the globe where you can expand current client supply into your specialist field/vertical in pharma, as well as looking at fresh new logo wins.

There is a strong account management and delivery team which can assist you on hiring should that be required, to ensure clients are looked after and placements are completed.

A vast amount of the current clients and work are retained, but very open to contingent hiring as well.

Must have experience recruiting in a full 360 capacity within the pharma industry.

Commercial acumen essential.
