Senior Recruitment Consultant = Life Sciences
Location = Hemel Hempstead (can be Hybrid)
Salary = Up to £50k (depending on experience)

THE OPPORTUNITY
To take charge of the Life Science division.
Working with an established client base and positions to deliver on from day1.
The role would be very much 360, delivering new client partners and having the ability and freedom to cover the market and geography as you choose.
Working across Perm and Contact (IVD) roles, such as;
R&D scientist/engineers, regulatory affairs, quality, clinical and commercial.
You will have the freedom to grow a team to re-establish the historical strong division, which was once operating a £25k per/week contract book and £150k Perm placement quarters.
As the business focus moved to engineering/manufacturing the life science side dropped. You will have the stability and investment from the other business divisions to re-grow Life Science and become a team that could be you, or you and a team of 10 underneath.
The business is there, the history is there, the desire to invest and grow is there - it just takes you to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

Salary - up to £50,000 (DOE)
Commission (up to 36%)
EOT bonus up to £3,600 (tax free annually)

ABOUT YOU
Experience in full 360 recruitment is essential.
Ideally life science industry experience but would consider another white-collar STEM sector looking to move into life sciences.
Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow - develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
Mature attitude to work, can do what is needed to be done and not require micro-management.
