Location = Reading (Hybrid)
Salary = Up to £60k (sweet spot £40-50k)

THE OPORTUNITY
Growing the Reading office which covers recruitment across, Berkshire, Thames Vallet, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridge.
A business with a name that carries weight. Clients know who you are, business comes from other areas of the company and the data and insights are huge.
There are currenlty desks across both:
PERM
And
INTERIM (contract)
£300,000 and £400,000 (last year) producing desks to inherit. (Why…. Due to internal relocation and promotion).
Huge platform to leverage off, mainly within senior end finance (salaries up to £130,000).
The Reading office is beautiful with an onsite café, shower block (with towels and lockers provided) as well as onsite events run for the businesses in the offices. Parking can be arranged – although most travel with public transport as it is central Reading.

ABOUT YOU
Recruitment experience is essential, ideally within finance recruitment, however other white-collar sectors will be considered.
Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow – develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
You would be someone who thrives on team, as everyone helps everyone – there are no lone wolves here!
