THE AGENCY

Over a decade focused on the support and growth within clean technology, supporting clients across the UK, Europe and USA.

Clients include renewables, power generation, clean buildings and battery storage.

 

The business would describe itself as an engineering consultancy focused on energy. Dealing across the project cycle, business development, design, installation, commissioning, operations and management.

 

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Looking to further grow within the engineering and technical markets and expand the business offering to widen the client network.

If you are currenlty within (360) engineering or technical recruitment, widely or vertical focused (perhaps manufacturing) – this is a role for you.

 

Developing your client base without limitation industry wise or geographically.

Have the autonomy and freedom to expand into new areas and secure business within perm or contract staffing.

 

Being able to offer remote working (within the South), as well as having an office in Leicester which can be used part or full time.

You will have the ability to grow a team, and business should you desire the route to management.

 

 

THE BENEFITS

Salary up to £40,000

Commission up to 20% of everything you bill.

ABOUT YOU

Experience within engineering and technical recruitment (full 360) is essential.
Attitude is the most important factor.
