Recruitment Consultant = Tech and Engineering

Salary = Up to £80k

  With a growth strategy across the next 5-years this role is a pivotal push to  take the business direction from 80% UK to diversify and capitalise on more  European and USA recruitment clients. 
THE OPPORTUNITY
With a current split of 55% Perm and 45% contract NFI, we are looking to bring someone onboard to begin the redirection to reach 60% contract revenue across the next 5-years.
With a ‘brand’ business behind you, we are looking to have someone with in depth knowledge of recruitment across Europe or USA (or both) to gain new business opportunities in these areas.
Pushing the boundaries of current markets and adding areas such as AI, ML, Data, Cyber and more.
You will have the ability to lean on the business operations for delivery and support (if required), but have the autonomy and ability to grow new revenue streams from contingent hiring or consultancy sales.
Whether you sell STD recruitment services or SOW projects (contract) – this role allows you to lead this new division as a lone wolf business generator, or to grow and manage a team in this space. (depending on your desires).
Very open to flexible working (as long as 1 day per/week initially can be had in the Luton HQ for strategy planning).
As this role is about the person, strong guarantees can be offered to ensure you are not out of pocket in making the move.
A current NFI of £3M, looking to increase across the business to £5M within the next 5-years.
This is will achieved by additional head count and revenue streams.

Strong  recruitment experience within contract tech/energy. 
  However - attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and  grow – develop client relationships and new business opportunities.
