THE OPPORTUNITY

To develop the framework business within the stable and well-respected existing business operations.

To spearhead the relationship development within NHS clients and have a true framework focus.

Develop the new division and grow this out under your leadership.

2-3 staff members will be trained and placed underneath you from the start giving you a kickstarted division to lead, nurture and grow.

A change to breath and grow is given with this position – clear and strategic development will be discussed, planned, and executed.

THE BENEFITS

Salaries dependant on senior or manager level – up to £40k’s.

No threshold, flat commission structure on all revenue generated at 10%.

Experience recruiting within frameworks across the NHS is critical.

Team management experience would be advantageous.
