Black Country – Primary
100+ schools, 200+ candidates.
Over £2,000 per/week existing long-term bookings + day to day supply (gifted).
Existing business to build on and massive scope to grow.
Full commission paid on all existing and new business.
Working alongside a £10k per/week biller with shared availability.
Walking into a very strong Primary team across Birmingham and the black country.
Basic salaries – up to - £45,000
Commission 15% (raising to 20%)
35 days holiday + bank holiday
Hire cars available for site visits
4 day working week 8am – 2pm (in the holidays)
You will be from education recruitment and have grown your desk/area with new business and servicing clients.
You will understand education recruitment and be sympathetic to the sector you work in.
You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.
