THE OPPORTUNITY

To take over business operations from Bristol.

Guide the current team, bring on key accounts, recruit additional consultants and manage the business operations.

Take over as regional manager with the opportunity to take a shareholding and directorship within 12-18 months.

THE BENEFITS

£40,000 - £70,000 – basic salary

ABOUT YOU

Extensive experience across a construction recruitment discipline, this can be blue or white collar.

You will have longstanding relationships in the local area with a track record of covering the Bristol market.

A desire to take on a Director level position.

The ability to lead, train, mentor, inspire and grow the team and business.

Ideal role for existing management to step into a director level position.
