THE OPPORTUNITY
Become a (NON-BILLING) Regional Manager for the PERMs team and oversee 15-20 consultants covering either the Midlands, Southwest and Northwest regions.
By prioritising a person-centric approach to management, employ learning and development techniques to ensure the continued team success, with the opportunity to bill if desired.

You team will cover all sectors within the SMB business area with each consultant aligned to one target market.
THE BENEFITS
Up to £45,000 – basic salary
Managerial bonus plan – giving an OTE of £80k
+ Work from home (full remote opportunity)
