THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the Birmingham branch as a team leader with consultants under you (3-6) to mentor, develop and guide.

You will come into a warm desk, so can hit the ground running and start to generate revenue alongside leading your team.

Supported by the senior management team in your leadership to ensure you can grow and progress yourself in non-billing management roles.

Training and development are constantly provided, with a 6-weekly training scheme with is held for consultant level and senior leadership team level.

ABOUT YOU

2+ Years recruitment experience is essential, Education experience is ideal, but would consider other markets.

Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
