The Agency

Established for over 14 years this agency provides recruitment solutions to the Construction, & Logistics sectors. You will be responsible for account managing a busy logistics desk!

The Role

• Planning of drivers daily/weekly

• Resourcing candidates

• Speaking with clients and gaining their requirements

• Payroll

• Shortlisting candidates

• Chasing time sheets

• Keeping the system up to date

The Benefits

• £18,000 to £23,000

• Commission up to £300 per/month

The Candidate

• Logistics recruitment experience desirable, but not essential

• You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build

• Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.

• Ability to match candidates to job specifications

• Exceptional communication skills
