This opportunity is to step into a resourcers role where you will responsible for looking after a high number of temp workers in the construction sector.

The Role

• Resourcing candidates

• Matching candidates to specific job roles

• Working towards targets

• Work closely with a senior consultant

• Build existing client relationships

The Candidate

• Construction recruitment experience is essential

• You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build

• Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.

• Ability to match candidates to job specifications

• Exceptional communication skills

• Full UK driving license is desirable, but not essential
