The Role

• Conducting telephone interviews

• Resourcing candidates

• Matching candidates to specific job roles

• Shortlisting candidates

The Benefits

• £17,000 to £22,000

• Commission each month

• In-house training

• Days out (Football, F1 & Shooting)

• Progression to Consultant

• 28 days holiday including BH's

The Candidate

• Construction recruitment experience
