THE OPPORTUNITY

Become the Interim Director across the business, claim all existing interim offerings and overseeing the growth of the interim division of the business.
Develop existing client relationships within the company to produce new contractor opportunities, so BD can be initiated on warm ground.
Utilise an existing research team and resource function to streamline your recruitment process.
Be an integral component in the expansion of the business, part of the senior leadership team, supporting future hiring goals and overseeing the evolution of your division.
Be part of a business where the PERM division consultants generate between £300k - £1M+ in revenue per head.
Move into an international business, having the ability to put your processes in place and have your own mark on the interim division.

ABOUT YOU
Deep experience working on interim/contract requirements within one of the company specific markets.
Ability and desire to develop and grow an international contract desk/team and division.
