35 years established within the supply of skilled and professional labour both blue and white collar.

In-house services with over 1600 employed workers on the ground, deployed across projects including, construction, road & rail, project management and health & safety.

Operating across the UK with large framework agreements in place with large tier 1 clients and working across projects such as HS2 and Tideway.

All staff are perm employees giving the best in service and reactive time to labour supply.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the business as the lead white-collar consultant across Infrastructure/Civils for both Perm and Freelance requirements, based in the N/W London office.

This role will entail liaising with top tier 1 clients that have pre-existing relationships with the national business and looking at increasing the market share with white-collar requirements.

There are already requirements coming in so you would be able to hit the ground running from day 1 and then look at furthering the relationships and white-collar opportunities within the national client base (such as):
Morgan Sindall, Vinci, Taylor Woodrow, BAM, and more….

Maintaining regular and efficient contact with hiring managers to attain any new requirements whilst growing the relationship and pipeline of white collar works.

This role would really suit someone looking to step away from a cold new business recruitment position and more into TRUE account management.

ABOUT YOU

Recruitment experience is essential (2+ years), within construction/infrastructure white collar recruitment, ideally with some knowledge of the large tier 1 construction clients, as listed above.

Organised and fast worker.

Desire for career growth and progression desirable.

Ideal role for someone looking to step into a PURE account managers position and away from a 360 sales role.
