An agency with 15+ years experience across numerous markets in UK recruitment.

The group has grown from strength to strength over the years – starting originally as a construction biased agency, then branching out to logistics, technology, life sciences, medical and other avenues.

With strong experienced seniors in the business, every consultant is supported and receiving the guidance to succeed in their specialist markets.

The technology arm of the business are on a steep incline, looking to increase headcount in the business five-fold in the next 12 to 18 months.

Recruiting for large clients across the UK in digital, software, infrastructure, cyber, data and more niche markets of tech.



This is a true opportunity to join a business with clear and precise growth plans and have a say in the path they take for the future.

You will be a full PERM 360 consultant entering the fold to work immediately on active and warm client requirements – with the business having generated £300k revenue since Jan ’23 and MANY MORE live roles to work on.

A large percentage of these client accounts are worked on an EXCLUSIVE basis with the business.

Although you will have roles to work from day 1, you will be tasked with sourcing and establishing new client relationships across the UK tech market.

Recruiting across the UK market is the main task initially, but you will have the opportunities to venture in to other geographical markets (Europe, USA, Asia etc).



Up to £32,000 basic salary

+ Commission structure (Up to 30%)

2+ years recruitment agency experience across any Tech market is essential.

Must have a proven track record of completing the full 360 lifecycle of recruitment (Winning new business and servicing that business)

Confident, outgoing, motivated and a team player are key attributes.

Attitude and personality is KEY – Self motivated, good time management, a ‘get up and go’ attitude.
