To grow and manage a permanent social care recruitment desk within existing Brook Street clients, as well as securing new business.

Brook Street have a market leading brand name within health and social care. They are currently excepting huge demand, with positions from HCAs to management level. You will be working with the expectation to also secure new clients, mainly via candidate spec’ing.

Deal with candidates in high demand with a targeted approach.

To develop into recruitment under the banner of a market leader with the support and career progression opportunities in front of you.

Brook Street have a mass of clients they have worked with or know of them so new business development can be done on warm grounding.

Up to £26k – basic salary (up to) (DOE)

Previous recruitment or sales experience is required.
