We are currently looking for a delivery recruitment consultant for our client in Watford.
You will be responsible for delivering into the specialism;
Aerospace & Defence (engineering).
You will be a working alongside 4 others and 1 manager who are responsible for the delivery into large (mainly) UK accounts/clients.
Your team will generate contract placements on the main with some perm placements.
The Role
· Delivery only
· Work with your team and a true team member
· Place contract engineers throughout the UK within Aerospace and Defence clients
· Deliver into large national accounts as well as some European business.
· Mainly focused on contractor placements (some perm business).
· Have handle on the client requirements, teams focus and targets.
· Ensure billing targets and placements requirements are met and maintained.
· Maintain excellent candidate and contractor relationships.

· Previous experience within aerospace, defence, engineering recruitment.
