THE OPPORTUNITY
The chance to join the business in their office in Carlisle to build up an industrial desk covering all things TEMP recruitment.
Depending on your experience, you can enter the business as a Recruitment Consultant or a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
You will have a few legacy clients to work with to hit the ground running, but will have the expectation to go out and win new business to grow the desk out.
Training and development is provided in a personal and tailored manner giving you the best chance at success at your own pace.
Career progression is another highlight – the sky is the limit and you can grow right through the ranks, even with the opportunities to open your own branch down the line.
THE BENEFITS
Up to £29,000 basic salary (DOE)
+ Commission structure
Quarterly and monthly team events/socials.
Day off for your Birthday.

ABOUT YOU
Sales or Recruitment experience is essential (2+ years sale, 1+ years recruitment)
B2B Sales experience is essential, but so is personality and motivation.
Confident, outgoing, motivated and a team player are key attributes.
Attitude and personality is KEY – Self motivated, good time management, a ‘get up and go’ attitude.
