To head up and lead the division ‘residential recruitment in education’.
To take over and develop the client and candidate business.
To inherit the PSL’s and residential settings already active.
This division sits inside a very well-established education agency and therefore there is a huge amount of work not being carried out and needing someone to take charge and lead the way.
As you will lead this division, growth is important and you will be hiring a team beneath you.
Basic salaries – up to - £35,000
Commission 15% (raising to 20%)
35 days holiday + bank holiday
Hire cars available for site visits
You will be from a similar background or within health & social care recruitment.
You will have grown your desk/area with new business and servicing clients.
You will understand residential settings and the way the candidates are supplied on an hourly basis.
You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.
Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.
