This opportunity is to work for a Rail & Civils subcontractor looking to grow out their recruitment arm. They are looking for candidates who have blue-collar experience to take over desk generating £2,000 per/week. You must have blue collar experience and have previously worked with Tier 2 contractors.

The Role

• Operating a 360 recruitment desk

• Business development including sales calls, client meetings and site visits

• Resourcing candidates

• Matching candidates to specific job roles

• Hit targets

The Benefits

• £22,000 to £35,000 (DOE)

• Commission structure (Paid full amount on total billed) Example £20,000 billed = £4,000 commission

• £0-£9999 - 10% (No threshold) £10,000-£19999 - 15% £20,000+ - 20%

The Candidate

• Blue collar rail recruitment experience

• You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build

• Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.

• Business development is essential

• Ability to build relationships with clients and maintain these

• Ability to match candidates to job specifications

• Exceptional communication skills

• Full UK driving license is essential
