To inherit a warm desk of legal clients and recruit from junior to exec level positions.
(most roles are partner to board level).
To have average fees of £7,500-£9,000 (largest to date at £57,000) WOW!
To lead by example and take a step into legal recruitment and grow into management levels.
Basic salaries – £25,000 - £40,000
Commission up to 30%

You will have at least 18 months recruitment experience (from any sector).
You will understand recruitment and the process, to be taught legal but not how to recruit.
You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.
