Having people generate £600k per/annum and an average of £300k in year 2 there is an amazing earning potential here.
An economically sound sector to recruit within, so if you are experience in recruitment and considering a market change this opportunity is well worth exploring.
THE OPPORTUNITY
To inherit a warm desk of legal clients and recruit from junior to exec level positions.
(most roles are partner to board level).
To have average fees of £7,500-£9,000 (largest to date at £57,000) WOW!
To lead by example and take a step into legal recruitment and grow into management levels.
THE BENEFITS
Basic salaries – £25,000 - £40,000
Commission up to 30%

8.30am – 6pm.

ABOUT YOU
You will have at least 18 months recruitment experience (from any sector).
You will understand recruitment and the process, to be taught legal but not how to recruit.
You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.
Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.
A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook.
