A European and Global client focused IT recruitment business, specialising in SAP, Business Intelligence and Software development.

Operating across contract, perm and outsourcing.

The agency is some 60 strong across the globe with 4 experienced recruiters currently in London.

The aim is to increase by 10 this year to offer true progression and team leading to the experienced hires.

This business has shown over £1m in profit this quarter with a team of 4 and has plenty of growth plans and routes for progression and potential equity share for those wishing to join.

THE OPPORTUNITY

To move into one of the core recruitment disciplines and join the team, or, to utilise your own skill set and core market within IT, Tech, Digital and take that further with the freedom and flexibility to recruit how you like and in the geographical area you chose.

Being a smaller team will give you the flexibility required to cover a wider span of clients.

There are opportunities and positions to actively work within the core markets, but this would be a full 360 role.

Take your career onto team leading, and equity ownership.

THE BENEFITS

Basic salaries – £25,000 - £45,000.

Depending on experience and billing history.

Commission up to 25% - (no thresholds).

Flexible work from home days and space offices.

8am – 5pm/5.30pm – 2pm/2.30pm on Fridays.

20 days + Christmas period (10 days off) + bank holidays

Yearly trips.

Incentives and quarterly activities.

(longer term):

Company equity.

ABOUT YOU

You will be at least 2 years experienced in a form of IT or Finance recruitment.

You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.

Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.

A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook.

Someone looking to join a new market or continue in their skill set are both equally desirable.
