THE OPPORTUNITY
To work within the Primary or SEN teams, which are the focus, however, quality secondary recruiters will not be turned away.
Recruiting long term short term and daily supply across London and the South East.
Develop your career and desk growth within the 15 strong sales team.
Grow with the team and achieve great results, with consultants achieving over 250days and large revenues per/annum.
THE BENEFITS
Basic salaries – from £25,000 - up to - £40,000 – (DOE)
Uncapped commission up to 25%
Up to 35 days holiday + bank holiday
5 hour shifts outside term time

ABOUT YOU
You will be from an education recruitment background with experience in primary, secondary or SEN fields.
Be passionate about the education system and enhancing children’s education.
You will understand education recruitment and be sympathetic to the sector you work in.
You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.
Attitude is the most essential criteria, articulate, a team player, hardworking, business focused and seeking a long-term career move.
