THE OPPORTUNITY
To build on a successful office with a very successful and proven team.
To develop across primary, secondary or SEN verticals.
To grow with the branch and business into leadership positions.
Have the freedom and autonomy to recruit the right way, have all the tools given and have full support and guidance by proven recruiters.
Utilise the in-house compliance teams to assist in candidate registrations and having people out to work in a timely fashion.
THE BENEFITS
Basic salaries – up to - £35,000
Commission 15% (raising to 20%)
NO threshold
35 days holiday + bank holiday
Hire cars available for site visits
4 day working week 8am – 2pm (in the holidays)
ABOUT YOU
You will be from education recruitment and have grown your desk/area with new business and servicing clients.
You will understand education recruitment and be sympathetic to the sector you work in.
You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.
Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.
A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook.
