The Role

• Operating a 360 recruitment desk

• Business development including sales calls, client meetings and site visits

• Resourcing candidates

• Matching candidates to specific job roles

• Hit targets

The Benefits

• Up to £28,000 (negotiable for a very experienced consultant)

• Commission up to 20% (Paid on full amount of the bracket you hit) Example £20,000 billed = £4,000 in commission

The Candidate

• Driving recruitment experience (Class 1 & Class 2)

• You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build

• Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.

• Business development is essential

• Ability to build relationships with clients and maintain these

• Ability to match candidates to job specifications

• Exceptional communication skills

• Full UK driving license is essential
