They are looking for a candidate who is experienced in dealing with the white collar permanent market.

The Role

• Operating a 360 recruitment desk

• Business development including sales calls, client meetings and site visits

• Resourcing candidates

• Matching candidates to specific job roles

• Hit targets

• £30,000 (negotiable for a very experienced consultant)

The Candidate

• White Collar Construction recruitment experience

• Business development is essential

• Ability to build relationships with clients and maintain these

• Ability to match candidates to job specifications

• Exceptional communication skills

• Full UK driving license is essential
