THE OPPORTUNITY

To develop the driving offering from the St Albans branch.

Taking across the existing client opportunities and database of drivers.
Developing the desk (which has huge potential in the area for profitability) – grow and develop the team further as the business increases.
Lots of promotional steps through management.

ABOUT YOU

Recruitment experience is essential (full 360 experience). Ideally driving, but other sectors all considered.

A strong work ethic is vital for this role – Must be dedicated, motivated and willing to work hard.

A confident person around conversations and relationship building.

The ability to manage the working day efficiently and effectively.
