We are a well-established and networked rec2rec specialist currently servicing clients across the UK and Ireland.
2024 plans are to develop a foothold in East Coast USA – then further spanning the international offering to the Middle East and Australia.
RecruitFit sit within a group of agencies that currently cover: (education, healthcare, occupation health and commercial).
The wider groups business strategy is growth via new division startups and SME business acquisition. (already underway).
Currently RecruitFit service agency and inhouse opportunities that range from very small SME’s through to Fortune 500’s. We also cover positions withing recruitment companies such as, admin, finance, marketing, resourcing, compliance, HR and supporting roles.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Joining our team will offer you an active client base spanning the UK. Active roles and opportunities to work on from day one.
We are extremely busy with positions to fill and have a good reputation for delivering an informative and quality service to both candidates and clients.

As we are seeking someone with existing rec2rec experience we can offer office or homebased working options and are happy to look at your ideals. If you want free reign over sectors or to niche down into a certain discipline or geography, this can be done!
We are agile, and quick to respond – so you can do your role with freedom, respect and flexibility.
THE BENEFITS
Salary - up to £35k
Commission
Yearly incentive bonus scheme up to £20k
Fully remote working available (offices based in Caddington, Beds)
ABOUT YOU
Experience within ‘rec2rec’ recruitment is essential. (we are only looking for an experienced rec2rec hire for this role).
Attitude is key – being motivated and driven with your work to achieve the best possible results.
Efficient with time management, communication and the day-to-day handling of recruitment processes.
