Generating £10.5M in GP across 22 billers – the earnings are huge!

There are those generating £2M, £1M, and 5x over £500k – an average new starter should expect to achieve over £250k per/annum. (with a flat 20% commission – that is over £50,000 in bonus alone), just being ‘average’ 😊

A Recruitment Consultant will generate new business leads, establishing a positive relationship to fulfil client requirements.

Alongside the new business development, you would be making placements for pre-existing clients already with relationships within the business.

Partner with the team to take advantage of experience, training, support, development, progression opportunities and high earning potentials.


Salary up to £28k (DOE)

Personal commission plan (Flat 30% - No threshold)

Team events / team trips (weekends in Dubai, Miami, Valencia and more)

Ideals would be previous recruitment experience, however, will consider a strong (2 year) sales background.
