The opportunity to join an agency that has exceled to the forefront of the cleantech sector / renewable energy (Clean technology and sustainability).

Building foundations with long term client relationships and adding value to business with strategic and personal consulting services.


Joining the business as a full Recruitment Consultant filling PERM and Contract roles across the Cleantech/Renewable Energy sector.

Full training and development will be provided.

Tasked with fulfilling requirements from the pre-existing client base whilst developing new client relationships and new roles to work on.

A chance to personally grow as the business grows and expands whilst obtaining new business and sourcing the right candidates.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients to help them start-up and build them out further.

Up to £32,000 Basic Salary (DOE)

+ Commission plan (20%-30%)

26 days holiday + bank holidays (increases 1 day per/years’ service)

Team Events/ Meals/Trips/ Days out

Work from home flexibility (1 day per/w) after probation.

Early finish Fridays (4.30pm) – usual hours 8.30-5.30.

4x 30mins additional leave per/m (extend your lunch, leave early, start late, etc)

Being able to show progression and growth in your current career. Proven record of growing through the ranks in your current career with longevity in career supporting this.

for example; Starting a career in teaching as classroom support, teaching assistant, working your way through the ranks to teacher, head of department, head of year etc.

Very good work ethic and hard-working mentality.

Attitude is the most critical, being motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
