Recruitment Consultant = Commercial
Location = Caddington
Salary = Up to £35k (depending on experience)

In doing this there is cross over clients from one focus to another allow better flow amongst clients and better service across their business needs.

THE OPPORTUNITY
To take charge of the commercial division - operating across both Perm and Temp placements.
Oversee the expansion of this division, with budget to hire and grow a team around you to ensure you earn from personal desk growth and your team’s performance.
Have the scope and freedom to not be pinned into one geography or one vertical.
We have the capacity for accelerated division investment around you and need the figure head of the commercial team.

ABOUT YOU
2+ years’ experience in full 360 commercial recruitment is required.
Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow – develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
