​Recruitment Consultant = Delivery (Tech)

Location = Fully remote mainly (London area for team meets)

Salary = £40k (up to - depending on experience)

THE OPPORTUNITY

To join a senior partner on tech recruitment, focused on delivering roles for SME clients, pre-seed and series A – cool, tech businesses with top players who are building their businesses.

Covering a wide range of industries and exciting opportunities, very sellable to top tier employees.

 

Currently sitting with many requirements, assistance is required for candidate search and delivery.

Have the opportunity to either remain delivery focused, or progress and be fully trained into new business development (the choice is yours).

 

Have the most attractive commission structure available starting at 25% and going to 50%.

AMAZING earnings for delivery.

Bill £10k per/m = £2.5k commission

Bill £20k per/m = £5.8k commission

Huge earnings for a delivery focused role. (AV deal size over £12,500)

THIS ROLE = can comfortably be looking at £100k+ earnings with the volume of roles to fill.

 

Initially looking at 1 or 2 days meeting up in London area with your manager to bed into the business, build the culture and team feel.

While the business operates remotely, the idea to bed in fast and feel as valued as possible, meet ups initially are super important. (These would be mainly at a David Lloyd).

 

 

THE BENEFITS

Salary - £40,000 (DOE)

Commission @ 25% and 50%

(under £50k per/q = 25%, over £50k per/q = 50%) Paid monthly

Full remote working - (must live around the London area)

ABOUT YOU

Experience in tech recruitment required. (1+ years) delivery or 360 is fine.

 

Attitude is the most important factor.

Someone who can think for themselves, ask questions and learn.

You can be pure delivery career focused or wanting to develop into new business – either route is available.
