THE OPPORTUNITY
Seeking both Perm focused tech recruiters with UK or EU experience to join the established team to further develop supply into client accounts and growth of new business.
As well as:
Senior / Principal level hire to focus on USA business. Again, service and grow client accounts as well as new business.
Both routes hold progression plans into senior levels. USA especially with a FastTrack route to senior management levels within the business.
Take charge of your desk (and/or) team. Utilise the business community and reputation to strengthen your desk/billings and personal income.
THE BENEFITS
Salary up to £50,000
Commission earnings (up to 35%) no threshold
Early finish Friday
Regular socials and an annual trip
ABOUT YOU
Recruitment experience within tech recruitment is essential.
Demonstrating recruitment understanding and must be within a tech discipline.
Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow – develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
