​Recruitment Consultant = Commercial (Business Support)

Location = Stevenage

Salary = Up to £35k

Having very agile systems and processes encouraging recruiters to be able to do their jobs well and effectively – no a business that holds meetings for meetings sake.

Utilising AI and modern tools within the CRM for automation enabling the admin to be removed for the recruiters.

 

Employees share that they feel heard and valued – ideas flow from everyone, employees’ question and challenge and changes can be made for improvement from all areas.

A grown-up culture – many employees have families and children so it is known the importance of needing flexibility and time for things like school performances, sports days, etc.

 

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

To join the perm team who are performing well with many repeat and loyal clients.

To take charge of your desk and client base – develop and nurture long term client relationships.

New business is always a part of the role, although the company have a real following from both client contacts (regularly) and hosting monthly events with 40-60 attendees in the room, a mix of line managers and HR and owners.

 

Supplying business with office staff on a permanent basis, the client base varies as well as the roles keeping things exciting and different daily.

A thriving business with a great reputation offering super benefits and commission structure meaning strong earnings amongst a warm feeling team and business.

 

 

THE BENEFITS

Salary up to £35,000.

Commission earnings (up to 35%).

Annual performance bonus. (£7.5k).

Hybrid working (3 days in office).

ABOUT YOU

Recruitment experience is essential, commercial (business support) would be ideal, but all sectors considered for those used to developing long term client relationships.

(would consider a 4-day working week if required).

Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow – develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
