Those in this position on the last agency growth positioned themselves well to achieve their own career goals, from senior ranked levels in business, to having the ability to become directors and owners themselves – this will be your chance to do that again.
THE OPPORTUNITY
To step into an active desk, already running at circa £2,000 per/week in revenue.
Take over the operations of the desk from new client business to existing client growth and candidate attraction.
A journey to go on together - this will be a chance to be part of something from early stages, bed into the framework of the company and be more than just a number.
THE BENEFITS
Salary up to £35,000.
Commission earnings (up to 20%).

Reduced hours in school holidays (10-3).

ABOUT YOU
Recruitment experience is essential, ideally within education recruitment, however other sectors would be considered if they include business development and you have the right drive and ambition for success.
Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow – develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
