Enormous scope within existing client base. Servicing certain areas very competently but a huge 79% gap in supply to these clients.
Desks to walk into with clients keen to work on other business areas. The scope for growth is massive.

Hiring for consultants is different teams (there are varied opportunities from entry level to principal consultant).

Experience in recruitment is ideal.
A strong (stable and good tenure) within outbound sales would also be considered.
