Taking on a warm desk with active clients while being supported, trained and onboarded properly – you will have all the tools and support to hit the ground running.

Experience in recruitment is essential. It doesn’t need to be energy specific but must be 360 recruitment exposure within a profession services (white collar) industry/sector.
However - attitude is the most important factor.
Ideal for someone wanting more from there recruitment career.
