A national agency focused on driving, industrial, logistics, transport and commercial.

With national agreements teams securing large plan managed service works to supply labour across the UK.

Recently (2023) opening a new office in Milton Keynes, and looking to expand with additional hires.

THE OPPORTUNITY

To join a newer office based in Milton Keynes.

Take charge of the logistics and driving desk/division. Running at around £1-£1.5k per/week to take over and grow from.

Warm leads will be passed over (lots of them) from the sales consultant and central services team.

National accounts, neutral vends and panels to supply into, it isn’t just you and A-Z business all the time.

 

No heavy pressure on sales and targets – just nice steady long-term growth.

As long as the effort is there then the numbers will slowly follow. (the right mindset from an emplyeer).

ABOUT YOU

You would have either recruitment experience within driving, logistics, industrial, or – coming from a logistics background (like a transport planner / coordinator)

 

Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow – develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
