Education is the newest addition to the business offerings and has its operation led from the Romford office.

Treating the team with fairness is key – strong commission earnings, autonomy and staff incentives including business loans, holiday homes, and strong progression options.

 

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the newest team within education recruitment, specifically SEN or Primary.

Starting with the team now you are joining at the start phase for education within a much larger group. This allows for plenty of progression opportunities into management roles.

There is already large PSL trusts inboard and with the freedom and autonomy for education consultant to make an area their own.

 

Don’t be swamped and fighting against others – grow out your area free of in-business competition.

 

Clear progression steps and salary increases based on deliverables (billings) – from day 1 you will know exactly what you need to do to increase your earnings, and, these targets will be simple and achievable in a quick timeframe.

ABOUT YOU

Recruitment experience within education recruitment is essential (ideally Sen or Primary).

Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow – develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
